A growing and progressive international aerospace and industrial components manufacturing company has an immediate need for an experienced CNC Programmer for their Central Arizona location. Excellent pay, benefits, yearly bonus, and growth opportunity.
Requirements: B. S. degree in Engineering or equivalent experience as an Engineer and a minimum of 5 years experience in CAD/CAM (Unigraphics, Catia, etc.). Must have a minimum one-year Unigraphics experience from engineering concepts, preferably in the field of aerospace machine manufacturing. Must have a minimum one-year CNC programming experience with Unigraphics. Must have excellent understanding of geometric design and tolerance. Proficiency at three-dimensional work.
Core Responsibilities: Work closely with Project Engineers and Manufacturing personnel to develop tooling concept and tooling geometry and part layout using CAD/CAM equipment. Assume responsibilities as CNC Programmer of Tool Manufacturing and Production Part manufacturing. Develop concepts for machining, participate in process design reviews, monitor tool fixture fabrication, and make any required refinements to optimize the use of the tool. Participate in the proposals and quoting of new work, as needed. Read and understand customer blue-prints, specifications, quote packages, purchase orders, and other contract documents. Provides CAD/CAM support to Engineering and Manufacturing and ensure activities meet present and long-range company goals.

• Please describe your experience in developing tooling concept and tooling geometry and part layout using CAD-CAM equipment. Please provide detail on what you have worked on and worked with.

• Where do you currently live? Why would you be interested in a position in Central Arizona ?
