Denver, CO area leader in HVAC and rental power services seeks a Salesperson with 2-3 years experience. Military and ex-military welcome to apply. The ideal candidate is someone with an HVAC background, who also have experience or knowledge of Temperature Control, Events and Construction (although not required). Sales reps will sell in a 90 mile radius of the location. The selected Sales Representative will sell equipment rental and servicing to business and industrial establishments. He/She will develop current and potential customer relationships in order to obtain or surpass the yearly revenue budgets in line with the policies of the company and the listed job duties. REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in service type of commodity; PC literacy and customer relations skills. Bachelors degree preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads; Establish customer base to promote and solicit new and on-going business;
Call on regular and prospective customers by phone or by traveling throughout assigned territory; Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalog, and emphasize salable features; Quote prices, contract terms, estimated delivery date, and credit terms; Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained; Prepares transaction and expense reports; Maintain accurate reports and database records of customer contacts/activities and transactions; Provide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications using job related manuals. Some work is required after regular business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a base plus commission position, and commissions are based on achievement of sales goals.
