Shift Managers needed North of Pittsburgh PA. Excellent opportunity to work for a global leader. Must have experience managing hourly employees in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment preferably a steel mill. Experience needs to be either production or maintenance related to be considered. Must have at minimum a high school diploma and 5 years supervising in one of the following areas: Melt Shop, Hot Rolling, Processing, Finishing and Shipping. A good candidate will have a proven track record of scheduling employees, handling safety contact, observations, and meetings. Must have a heavy background analyzing equipment needs. In addition to managing an area of the plant you will have to plan and coordinate maintenance activities for the assigned area. Will offer Relocation! Excellent Benefits! Apply Now.
