A well established Construction, Engineering and Management company in Kuwait, is aggressively looking for more than one Mechanical Design Manager with a proven track record and BSME Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 to 20+ years of experience, in coordinating projects, developing and managing a Design team to assist in the Design and Development of semiconductor equipment's for Power Plants. Candidate MUST have a MIDDLE EASTERN Experience as well as Power Plant Projects Experience. The responsibility includes, but not limited to providing Engineering Support as well as responsibility for Machines and Equipment Improvement. This candidate MUST have a Senior Level Experience to be considered for this great opportunity. The selected candidate must have a valid passport and ready to depart within few weeks and will be offered a very competitive salary and a benefit package (a copy of the coverage may be forwarded after the initial interview process) with yearly bonus paid at the completion of each project they work on. Questions you will be asked:
• How many years of experience do you have as a Mechanical Design Manager? What kind of Design & Development Experience Related to Power Plant and Commercial Projects do you have?
• Please describe your current Mechanical Design Experience as well as your Design projects with a reputable International Construction Company in Detail?
• Please share any additional experience or knowledge that will showcase your ability to help manage the job functions above?
• Are you willing to work a minimum of 8-10 hours with pay on assignment at the worksite in a warm climatic environment? Are you willing to work and live in KUWAIT?
• What is your current or most recent salary? (PER CLIENT REQUEST) Please breakdown your base salary and any bonus etc? Do you also have any memberships and affiliations with Internationally accepted applicable professional Institutes or Societies?
