REGIONAL SALES MANAGER opportunity with a well-established, growing, state-of-the-art manufacturing firm HOME BASED ANYWHERE in eastern half of USA. A PLUS to have BS Degree in Engineering. Requires minimum 6 years experience in industrial sales including a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing sales management. MUST HAVE solid industrial experience relating to HVAC, Boilers, and Industrial Water Heating. Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Travel up to 50% in North America.
Position will work closely with Manufacturing Representatives to manage and grow sales volume. Will team with Sales Director to optimize strategic business plan; implement strategies, manage key accounts to maximize sales, establish and track sales rep quotas, optimize profit margins, maximize customer satisfaction, and resolve issues; gather and evaluate competitive information and market trends and conditions; ensure Representatives are current with product availability and applications; serve as company representative in industry forums and professional societies to maximize company and product exposure; manage assigned sales team budget and marketing expenses; and interface with executive management to support overall business goals. No direct reports.
Generous package includes Base Salary relative to qualifications, depth of related Sales and sales management experience, extent of HVAC, Boilers, and Industrial Water Heating experience, and education; Performance Bonus; comprehensive Benefits; and home office expenses since HOME BASED ANYWHERE in eastern half of USA.
