Client located in the Sacramento, CA area has an opening for a Solar Power Project Manager.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of project management for utility-scale solar thermal and photovoltaic power projects which may include feasibility studies, technology assessments, demonstration projects, or detailed design for commercial projects. This position will also have responsibility to assist the Renewable Energy Group Director with developing the overall capabilities of the group and implementing the group's business plan. Duties will also include proposal preparation and customer presentations.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in renewable energy and approximately 8 years project management experience for power related projects. A demonstrated ability to manage projects using mult-discipline engineering and procurement teams with construction partners is a must. A PE license is strongly desired.
Relocation is available for eligible candidates. Salary listed is an approximation so all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
