TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER opportunity for a highly regarded growing state-of-the-art manufacturing firm in northeast New Jersey. Must have a BS Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls. Need a minimum of 2+ years experience in hands-on industrial capital equipment technical applications and operations preferably related to industrial process systems, hvac, heat exchangers, and thermal control systems. A BIG PLUS to have some experience interfacing with and resolving technical issues for industrial customers or internal clients such as operations, maintenance, or plant engineers. Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for customer interface and internal consultations. Must have solid technical troubleshooting aptitude/skills. Minimal travel.

Position will provide high level customer support in troubleshooting equipment operations and advising industrial customers on operational solutions, adjustments, and procedures to achieve optimal equipment performance. Will be trained thoroughly on the firm's product line to be one of the company's technical experts and customer liaison to resolve customer operations issues. Most resolution will be through phone discussions so minimal travel projected.
