Immediate Need for a Mechanical Services Specialist type of person(s) in the United States. Must have an in-depth understanding of mechanical process equipment and ability to troubleshoot the equipment in a process then correct it. The position will serve to help develop a Total Services concept for a leading original equipment manufacturer. Requirements include 10+ years of providing mechanical maintenance and services into the Metals, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Petrochemical, Refining & other Heavy Industrial sectors. Must include Project Management skills with the ability to prepare scopes of service, cost estimates and provide direction, both logistical and technical, as the situation demands. Experience in rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, gearboxes and related heavy industrial equipment a must. Diagnostics of rotating equipment (operation and performance), installation and alignment of rotating equipment, and on-site balancing of rotating equipment experience a plus. Willingness to work from a HomeOffice and travel 75-80% a must. The successful candidate will be self managed, high energy, computer literate, customer centric and have well developed interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. This position will be working from a home office.

• Do you have 10+ years of providing mechanical maintenance & services on Motors & Generators, Compressors, Pumps and Gearboxes into heavy industries? What types of services into what industries?

• This position requires working from a HomeOffice and 60- 80% travel. Have you work in a position that required extensive travel? Where and when?

• Describe the Project Management roles held, and their dollar value, where you were responsible to manage firm price contracts for mechanical service job scopes. Where and when?

• Do you have diagnostics of rotating equipment (operation and performance), installation and alignment of rotating equipment, and on-site balancing of rotating equipment experience? Where and When?

• Do you have the ability to complete cost-benefit justifications, conceptual system designs, prepare written scope of services, and cost estimates? If so, where and when have you done this?
