Our client located in the Pacific Northwest is seeking the immediate hire of a Project Engineer. A BS in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with project management within the Pulp and Paper industry is required. Main focus will be centered on Capital and Major Expense projects. Duties to be incurred will be setting project priorities and analyzing results against schedules, budgets; incorporating engineering project work into daily production activities; providing practical project engineering and design expertise on projects or sub-projects. In addition work entails that engineering output is in compliance with existing statutory codes, company policy, safety standards; and communicates project activities with other project members and operations and support personnel to minimize conflicts and delays in project schedule. Salary is commensurate with experience as well as excellent benefits.
