Our client, a full-service design firm located in Richmond, VA is actively searching for a Structural Engineer to join its organization. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience with a background in the design of commercial or institutional buildings involving preparation of construction documents as well as construction administrative duties. In addition, the individual who assumes this role is required to have a minimum of a B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural or Architectural Engineering (with a preference for PE registration or EIT with the ability to obtain PE registration). In addition, the Structural Engineer should have the desire to work as part of a project team. A good working knowledge of AutoCad is a plus and experience with RISA and RAM Structural System are very beneficial. The salary listed is an approximation and will be determined based on background and expertise so all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
