Apply today for immediate consideration! Client in Norcross, GA is seeking an AutoCAD Mechanical Designer with 3+ years in mechanical / machine design for a 3 - 4 month contract position. Technical skills should include AutoCAD 2D and 3D Inventor, along with accepted design and drafting standards with respect to geometric tolerancing, welding standards and dimensional presentation. Candidate will take engineering mark ups and redline changes and input these updates into AutoCAD. Any specific exp in machine design, pressure vessel design, automation design and motion controls a plus, but not required.
Questions you will be asked:

• Are you available and interested in a contract position in Norcross, GA? When are you available to start?

• Rate your AutoCAD experience... how many hours do you have on AutoCAD? AutoCAD Inventor 3D? What releases have you worked with?

• Helpful: Please detail your experience in design of heavy steel... Weldments.... Geometric tolerancing....

• Helpful: Describe your experience with material handling equipment.

• No per diem or relocation assistance is provided for this position. Are you local to Norcross, GA or able to relocate at your own expense for the assignment?
