Excellent PROCESS ENGINEER career growth opportunity at a well-respected firm in South Carolina. Requires BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pulp and Paper, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent relevant academic degree and a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience. Need experience with manufacturing analysis tools, such as: StatGraphics (SPC, DOE, etc.), PIMS/Plant Applications, SixSigma and Lean manufacturing tools. A PLUS to have paper industry experience particularly with PCMC mandrel driven winders and KPL packaging equipment.

Position will team in developing and optimizing solve manufacturing processes. Will support production applying experience with manufacturing analysis tools measuring manufacturing production, reliability, and cost metrics; interface with engineering, operations and reliability teams; evaluate processes for cost savings developing cost benefit analyses and improvement recommendations; and review proposals of outside vendors of processing controls and equipment upgrades.
