Leader in the Pulp and Paper industry is ACTIVELY seeking an Engineer. Candidate will be responsible for completion of projects and development activities to prepare for operation and maintenance positions as vacancies occur. Assignments are made to enhance skill development while gaining orientation of various process areas. Provide technical and operating support to various departments, such as optimization, energy and cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation and operator training. Completion of a defined development plan.
BS Degree in engineering required (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Paper Science preferred). Competencies that will be evaluated in filling position are as follows: Strategic Decision Making, Innovation, Work Standards, Follow-up, Technical/Professional Knowledge, Planning/Organizing and Communications.
