IMMEDIATE NEED for a Manager Business Development for electronic systems manufacturer in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Candidates need 5+ years relevant experience in sales/business development of Communication systems and/or Radar Systems to military customers. Will provide sales and marketing leadership to determine overall organizational structure, decision makers and other personnel who may influence business decisions. Major Responsibilities: Develop a marketing plan (strategy, promotional programs, and technical assistance as required) for each of the assigned accounts. Recommend product improvements, pricing strategy to meet market requirements. Evaluate and report on assigned accounts business condition and competitor activity. Support business initiatives such as design to cost, Lean Manufacturing, and manufactururability. Represent company at trade shows. EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in a business discipline. All candidates and employees must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.This position has a competitive salary, full benefits, free gym membership, and 401K.
