MUST FILL IMMEDIATELY!!! A Company located in the metropolitan Atlanta area is looking to fill a Senior Structural Engineer position. There is a lot of flexibility with this important position. The client is willing to work with candidates making the position either a consultant opportunity, or perm placement position.
This position requires a candidate that has a strong utilities and transmission background. Engineer will perform complex structural analysis of towers, foundations and substation design. The Senior Structural Engineer will also review technical materials produced by junior/intermediate structural engineers, and will work in a team environment to establish client needs and prepare coordinated designs. This is an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge with junior level Engineers.
All candidates must have experience with working with clients in the power industry. This position requires a Structural Engineering and minimum 6 to 8 years relevant experience, a PE license and registered with NCEES. Requirements are analysis of lattice transmission structures for high voltage lines and antenna arrays, and transmission pole analysis.
