Global power company is actively seeking a Maintenance Electrical / Instrument & Controls Technician for an electric power generation station located in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in combined cycle operating power stations and 3 years of controls experience with gas and steam turbines. Must have significant experience and knowledge with PLC's, turbine controls, Plant DCS including a familiarity with software packages. Must be proficient with using electrical instrumentation and measuring devices necessary to complete troubleshooting of controls problems in power plants. Instrument background is a plus. Candidates will have the ability to perform technical calibration, testing, and troubleshooting duties on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic instruments as well as microprocessors and related systems. High school diploma is required and Associates degree is a plus. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Please also see related position 68604.
