Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Plant Manager. You will need a BS in Engineering (ChE or ME preferred) and 5+ years of industrial plant O&M (operations and maintenance) experience. You must have prior management experience in the role of Plant Manager. Strong management and customer relationship skills as well as mechanical aptitude are a must. This position will manage a plant with 5 employees as well as several unmanned satellite facilities. You will be responsible for operating the facilities in a safe and reliable manner by complying with regulatory requirements, developing and leading personnel, and managing costs effectively.
