A world leader in the manufacturing and marketing of advanced test and measuring instruments for electrical power applications is seeking an experienced Quality Manager/Facilitator at our Dallas, Texas location.

Position responsibilities and requirements include:

Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, procedures, and controls.
Assure that production processes conform to quality standards set forth in ISO 9000.
Validate the effectiveness of processes to test and assure product quality, reliability, safety, and compliance with regulatory agencies.
Validate that defined checkpoints and testing for new product development are adequate to assure conformance to quality standards.
Verify the use root cause analysis to initiate appropriate corrective action.
Validate and monitor vendor quality program.
Serve as the company quality representative and the ISO 9000 management representative.

Prefer a bachelor degree in a technical field.
Requires ten years progressive related experience including five years in management.
Electronic manufacturing background preferred.
