Large Electronics Manufacturing company located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is actively searching for a Production Supervisor with progressively responsible experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

-> Supervising, coordinating, facilitating, and providing front line operations leadership to hourly production workers directly or through group leaders
-> Outlining work procedures and assigned duties to meet quality, efficiency, and delivery requirements
-> Training, advising, and counseling employee's on up-to-date production methods
-> Executing and maintaining production schedule for completion of job assignments
-> Regulating work flow to insure maximum use of capacity and requirements using Shop Floor Control (SFC) as a tool
-> Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations
-> Contributing to personnel decisions on hiring, discharging, transferring, rate changes, training, promotions, and employee evaluations
-> Facilitating and producing a high quality standard of product
-> Working closely with purchasing, production, quality, and engineering to coordinate activities and recommend measures for improvement
-> Ensuring the personnel know the labor standards for each job
-> Reviewing labor standards for accuracy and performance to standards

Requirements:

-> Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
-> Minimum of 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (i.e. military aircraft, radar systems, satellite launch vehicles, airport security equipment, glass container fabrication systems, oil field tooling,e
-> Demonstrated problem solving ability involving many variables and limited standardization
-> Leadership skills
-> Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and clients pertaining to various projects
-> Negotiation and conflict management skills together with demonstrated experience troubleshooting and problem-solving
-> Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
