Construction Superintendent - QA/Capital Improvement/Federal

Outstanding Contractual opportunity for a Construction Quality Assurance Superintendent with a CM firm selected as one of the Top 50 Best Small and Medium Companies to Work for in America. This exciting career opportunity is located in SE North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

-> Inspects, tracks and coordinates the construction quality assurance activities, including all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and finishing work
-> Assures all specs are met per the contract and the associated industry and applicable federal specifications and guidelines
-> Completes proper quality assurance reports and documentation
-> Coordinates with federal (client) and company officials and subconstractors as required

Requirements:

-> Must have at least 1 year Capital Improvement project quality assurance experience for a Federal Agency, preferably military
-> Minimum of 5 years construction quality assurance experience
-> Associates (or higher) degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or Building Construction
-> Military background a plus
-> Will consider high school degree if have 15+ years proven construction quality assurance experience INCLUDING the 1+ year minimum of Capital Improvement quality assurance expereince on Federal Agency projects

• Clearly describe your minimum of 1 year Construction Quality Assurance experience working on Capital Improvement projects for a Federal Agency (include companies, dates, and projects).

• Describe your overall 5+ years of construction quality assurance experience in building projects (include companies, dates, positions and projects).

• List your Associstes degree (or higher) in Construction Management, Construction Technology or Building Construction and your associated industry training, certifications and memberships.

• List any military background and any prior BRAC related project construction experience.

• Where do you currently live and why are you interested in this 1-year project in SE North Carolina?
