Manager - Site Acquisition/Wireless Tower 25-25 $/hr

Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Site Acquisition Specialist with wireless telecom industry experience and knowledge of the tower industry. This position is located in the St. Louis, MO area. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.

Responsibilities:

-> Perform site acquisition services for a variety of telecommunication projects
-> Responsible for candidate selection, negotiating leases and coordinating with title search firms, engineers and drafting technicians
-> Ensure that transactions close within defined timeframes and identify potential risk scenarios
-> Draft and proof recordable transaction documents, easements, warranty deeds
-> Prepare zoning and permitting applications

Requirements:

-> A 4 year degree, or equivalent experience
-> 2-4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, at least 2 years with site acquisition
-> Knowledge of Tower and Wireless industry required
-> Ability to read and comprehend legal documents such as legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, etc
