Supervisor - Office Manager/Administrator

Excellent OFFICE MANGER opportunity at a well respected firm in Houston, TX. Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate. Local candidates, No relo or per diem.

Responsibilities:

-> Manage office services and support activities for a technical firm
-> Supervise receptionist and assist in management administrative staff work distribution
-> Manage office overhead budget
-> Coordinate with internal departments for office needs related to accounting, contracts, IT, or other support functions

Requirements:

-> BS or BA degree in business, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-> 5 years office management experience
-> 5 years related supervisory experience
-> Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Access and experience developing spreadsheets and database management
-> Experience with budgeting, invoices, purchase orders and reconciliations
