IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY in Minneapolis MN for a Graphics Designer to work with a Worldwide Manufacturer of Medical Equipment. This is a contract position

Responsibilities:

-> Presents graphic design solutions using professional methods, including presentation boards, laptop, and projection
-> Create and update graphics as required and according to established standards
-> Perform style checks and conversions using established standards and utilities
-> Manage electronic databases of shared information, coordinating updates with appropriate authorities and ensuring that content is kept up to date
-> Participate in Technical Communication process and team meetings
-> Manage naming, organization, storage and transfer of graphic and document files

Requirements:

-> Minimum of 3 years of experience with a industry-standard electronic graphic design software application (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, XML)
-> Minimum of 3 years of experience with a least one industry-standard electronic publishing software application (e.g., QuarkXPress, FrameMaker, XML)
-> Experience with troubleshooting tools and electronic files
