Leading Manufacturer and designer of high quality fabricated products has need for a Manager of Manufacturing in South Texas

Responsibilities:

-> Manage large fabrication shop
-> Interpret drawings and designs
-> Apply modern shop technology, scheduling, and supervision techniques
-> Meet required deadlines for assigned projects

Requirements:

-> Degree in Mechanical Engineering
-> Manufacturing management and leadership experience (preferably in a fabrication or pressure vessel related field)
-> Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Manufacturing shop manager
-> Experience in Modern Manufacturing Processes such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
-> Ability to interpret piping (pressure Vessel) blue prints

Questions you will be asked:

• What is your educational and training background including all Degrees and Certifications obtained?

• Describe you experience in shop leadership - management and any Lean Manufacturing and-or Six Sigma experience you have.

• Do you have experience with interpreting piping (Pressure Vessel) blueprints? With Welding processes? Describe.

• What knowledge do you have of regulatory and Safety requirements?
