A well established construction company in Qatar, is aggressively looking for a Project Director to develops and implements strategic objectives for MEGA MILLION Projects and provide leadership to projects within different geographical areas in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

-> Direct business development and MEGA MILLION Projects
-> Oversees senior project managers and provide Engineering support
-> Monitoring the construction projects and the strategic aspects and minimizing any risk possible
-> Provide Leadership for every company project in the area
-> Identifying value and project risks on each new and existing projects that are planned by the company
-> Maintain profitability and cost control for each project planned in the Kuwait market
-> Consolidates and analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across practice
-> Reports directly to the Vice President with updates on each projects compared to initial business plans and forecast

Requirements:

-> BS/MS Degree in Civil Engineering
-> PE, PMP Certified
-> Must have lots of MIDDLE EASTERN experience specially in the Gulf and Qatar
-> Strong commercial and design background
-> Authorized to work in the U.S, CANADA, and EUROPE
-> Minimum Ten years experience as a Project Director of MEGA MILLION Construction Projects
-> A Minimum of 15 to 20 + years of experience in the Construction Industry
-> A valid passport
-> Candidate must be ready to depart within few weeks to QATAR

Questions you will be asked:

• How many years of experience do you have as a Project DIRECTOR related to Mega Million Construction Projects in the Middle Eastern Market? ( Must be at least 15+ years or you will not be considered by our client )

• Please describe in details your current Civil Engineering Responsibilities as well as your Project Director Responsibilities on different Construction projects with a reputable International Construction Company ? ( Must detail your answer or you will not be considered by our client )

• List all your Construction Projects that you were a part off either as a project manager or Project director, please detail your answer and include every aspects of this project?( Must detail your answer or you will not be considered by our client )

• Are you willing to work a minimum of 8-10+ hours with pay on assignment at the worksite in a warm climatic environment? Are you willing to work and live in QATAR for a minimum of 4 years?

• What is your current or most recent salary? (PER CLIENT REQUEST) Please breakdown your base salary and any bonus etc? Do you also have any memberships and affiliations with Internationally accepted applicable professional Institutes or Societies?
