A business consulting firm, specializing in the delivery of process and technology innovation to target industries (communications, financial services) is searching for a Business Analyst in the Northeast.

Responsibilities:

-> Concentration will be on performing assessment and analysis work leveraging industry standard methodologies, to deliver value and overall reduction in costs

Requirements:

-> Process baselining and modeling experience
-> Process assessment and analysis capabilities
-> Communications and Cable industry knowledge, IP a plus
-> Knowledge of ITIL/COBIT methodologies
-> Outsourcing knowledge and experience
-> Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
-> 3-10 years business experience
