Location: El Segundo, CA, USA
Contract Opportunity in El Segundo CA for a Manufacturing Engineer with Aerospace Global Supply Chain experience. Expected to last 6+ months, could be longer based on performance. Excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a global leader in the Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

-> Responsible for full time representation of Global Supply Chain in the area of delivery management and technical problem resolution
-> Responsibilities include Program Management and reporting, interfacing with procurement and engineering in problem resolution processes to ensure timely delivery of product to manufacturing centers
-> Establish and review manufacturing plans to ensure that all flow down requirements are met
-> Lead the evaluation, disposition, and rework of all discrepancies on the products and perform root cause analysis on all defects and coordinate the implementation of cost effect corrective actions

Requirements:

-> 5 years plus experience in aerospace global supply chain management and program management
-> Position requires travel to 5 supplier sites within Los Angeles area - 95% time
-> Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or related field plus 5 years experience

Benefits:

-> 9/80 work week
-> Excellent hourly pay rate
