Location: Richmond, VA, USA
Looking for a Technical Project Manager to plan, develop, organize, coordinate, execute and manage multiple projects related to placing legacy infrastructure on a new MPLS network for a six month to year contract assignment in the Richmond, VA, area.

Responsibilities:

-> Create project plans and schedules and track progress against plans
-> Establish project milestones that reflect realization of agreed business benefits within timeframe and budget. Identify and track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, changes and dependencies within the schedule
-> Responsible for project risk management- identify, assess, manage and minimize project risks to successful project completion
-> Responsible for project change control- insure the appropriate solution or budget is presented so that projected business benefits are realized
-> Manage all project activities and deliverables to agreed quality, time and budget specifications

Requirements:

-> B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or other related degree
-> PMP Certification desired
-> IT infrastructure re-IP project experience
-> Must be willing and ability to work nights and weekends

• Has it been your responsibility to create project plans and schedules and track progress against plans in the IT Infrastructure arena? Where and when?

• Are you willing and ability to work nights and weekends?
