Searching for an Operations Manager with Power Generation welding and testing experience for a full time position to manage welding operations in St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities:

-> Responsible for managing welding operations that provide services to clients in the power generation industry
-> Provide technical support and direction to second shift welders and inspectors
-> Provide verbal and written training to Welders and Inspectors as needed to maintain their proficiency

Requirements:

-> BS/BA Degree or equivalent, demonstrated, experience
-> 7+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing or service shop environment repairing/rebuilding power generating equipment
-> This position requires knowledge of ASME Codes for repair, inspection, and testing of steam and gas turbine generation equipment
