Operator - Injection Molding/Plastic/Troubleshoot

An established manufacturer is seeking 4 Injection Molding Operators for its Metro Atlanta Georgia facility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

-> Ensure proper operation of machines and monitor process
-> Conduct quality inspections
-> Lead and mentor a team of operators
-> Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment
-> Start up and shut down machines
-> Drive a fork-lift as needed
-> Perform various tasks in assigned area

Requirements:

-> High School Diploma or GED
-> A minimum of 7 years experience in plastic injection molding
-> Mechanical, technical, and supervisory experience
-> A fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
-> Detail oriented and excellent communication skills
-> Ability to drive a fork-lift
