Construction Management firm located north of Boston is seeking candidates for their Sr. Mechanical Estimator position

Responsibilities:

-> Lead trades group in estimating
-> Ability to complete estimate on their own and On-Time

Requirements:

-> 10-15 years of estimating experience
-> Strong working knowledge of mechanical trades
-> Proficiency in the contractor side or construction management side of business
-> HVAC, process piping, sheet metal, electrical, and fire protection disciplines are HIGHLY DESIRED and a HUGE PLUS to have
-> Must have exceptional communication skills
-> Experience with Timberline software is preferred, but not mandatory
-> Extensive conceptual estimating experience is required
-> Strong presentation skills
