Secure government funded Tier One. Hive of interesting Civil projects. Family re-location, Lafha, laptop, blackberry, hi-lux, gym membership.
This Civil Contractor has a sound reputation for on time project delivery on numerous large scale infrastructure projects from de-sal/water treatment, road/bridge construction to pipeline rehabilitation and renewal. Already out to construction on two high profile projects they are set to win even more projects going into 2010. In order to maintain their excellent safety record they are seeking to appoint two impressive, maticulous OH&S Managers for various projects in Sydney and regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities: Overall Leadership of the Co-ordinators and officers for an Incident & Injury free work environment. Direct and manage in all facets OH&S, site inductions and run regular toolbox meetings. Implementing all OH&S strategies and procedures and directing the OH&S Co-ordinators. Undertaking risk assessments and controls, audits, incident investigations, compliance and associated reporting.

Successful candidate:

Corperate hands on proffesional, civil degree qualified, 5 years OH&S experience within the construction industry, preferably for a main Australian Civil Contractor. Provan OH&S Management experience on large scale infrastructure Projects.Risk management and auditing skills. Strong communication skills combined with the ability to influence, motivate and guide others.
