Maintenance Manager - Maintenance/MRO TPM/Manufacturing 65-75 K/yr

A world class provider of outsourced maintenance, repair and operations ( MRO ) services is seeking an experienced, high energy manufacturing maintenance professional as a corporate Site Technical Leader. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

-> Use your expertise in manufacturing maintenance, repair, and operations to support multiple on-site MRO efforts as a corporate resource
-> Help on-site personnel at various locations to troubleshoot equipment and identify opportunities to improve operations and reliability
-> Make sure best practices are identified and shared, reducing cost and improving performance
-> Use Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts to improve performance and reduce costs
-> Maintain support systems such as databases, budgets, and schedules
-> Help ensure that customer needs are identified, addressed, and incorporated into the company's operations
-> Maintain an awareness of client needs and sell the company's services as needed to meet those needs

Requirements:

-> 10 plus years experience in discrete manufacturing maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, or similar role
-> Maintenance supervisory and leadership experience managing multiple locations
-> TPM training and experience
-> Engineering degree is a plus
-> Strong understanding of MRO concepts and systems, such as calibration, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, purchasing systems, etc
-> Experience with the SAP PM module
-> High energy, hands on, willing to spend time mentoring local on-site personnel, willing to travel to help out as needed
