Technician - Extrusion/Sideseam /Tube Forming 37.44-52 K/yr

Our client is seeking Extrusion and Side Seam Technicians with tube forming experience to work at their manufacturing plant in Southwest, NJ.

Responsibilities:

-> Process understanding of tube forming with the ability to diagnose and correct problems incurred
-> Troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical to meet OEE performance standards
-> Understanding and/or ability to practice Lean Manufacturing principles
-> Maintain process documentation and quality reporting of product
-> Perform preventive maintenance on equipment assigned

Requirements:

-> High School diploma or equivalent
-> Experience in either or both methods of tube forming, Sideseam or Extrusion
-> At least 1 year working in a team based manufacturing environment
-> Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd Shift and overtime as needed
-> Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
