Field Service Technician - Compressors/Maintenance/Technician

Location: Milan, IT
Field Service Technician needed in Italy for a provider of flow equipment products to worldwide oil, gas, and process industries.Applicants please note that the salary is posted in US Dollars, but you will be paid in local currency.

Responsibilities:

-> Supervising installation and startup of new equipment
-> Detailed trouble shooting
-> Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of field installation and repair of equipment
-> Training customer personnel
-> Keeping up-to-date service records on the equipment that you service

Requirements:

-> Minimum of 4 years work experience
-> Previous experience installing, start up, commissioning, and on-site maintenance of centrifugal compressors for 150 HP to 15,000 HP
-> MUST be able to travel extensively (75% of the time)
-> Communicate fluently in English
-> Be able to work independently at customer sites, after a 6-8 week training program
