Engineering company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager with 15-25 years of experience with municipal water & wastewater projects. You will join their St. Louis office and be integral part in expanding their footprint in this region. You must have current consulting engineering experience specifically working on municipal water/wastewater projects. You will be responsible for business development, project management, and technical expertise related to water/wastewater projects. You need a BS degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license. Responsibilities:

-> Business development, project management, and technical expertise related to water/wastewater projects
-> Analyze hydrology and hydraulics in the design and operation of municipal sewer systems, including control of CSOs/SSOs, rehabilitation of gravity sewers, pump stations and force mains, and the design of relief sewers
-> Develop horizontal and vertical alignments, analysis of rights-of-way, and resolution of conflicts with existing urban features
-> Initiate with client development & maintenance and will assume a lead role in sales presentations, proposal preparation, contract negotiations & project performances
-> Project planning, establishment of critical project objectives, quality control, budget, and schedule

Requirements:

-> BS degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license
-> 15-25 years in municipal water and wastewater design projects
-> 7-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, in charge of leading the technical design for water and wastewater projects
-> 10-15% travel to see customers
-> Experience as a Project Manager working for a consulting engineering firm
-> Development of design drawings & specifications
-> Oversight of land surveyors and geotechnical sub-consultants dealing with state and local jurisdictions, dealing with local utilities, and permitting with state and local regulator
-> Experience working for a local Engineering firm in St. Louis would be a big plus
