IMMEDIATE NEED!!! --- Excellent Contract opportunity for a CIVIL STRUCTURAL AUTOCAD DESIGNER at a well respected firm in Hartsville, SC. Projected assignment 3 months possibly longer for the right candidate based on workload. Includes AutoCAD design and project management of small civil structural construction projects.

Responsibilities:

-> Develop steel and concrete civil structural designs using AutoCAD 2009/2010 for small industrial projects for plant improvements and upgrades
-> Interface with plant operations, maintenance, and engineering to convert civil structural steel and concrete conceptual designs to final designs for construction implementation using AutoCAD
-> Perform Project Management of small civil structural plant construction projects (<$100K) coordinating and supporting field construction and maintenance staff

Requirements:

-> Need 10 to 20 years experience in civil structural design both steel and concrete
-> Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD structural design version 2009
-> Must have experience in managing small projects (<$100K) coordinating and supporting field construction
-> Need good interpersonal, verbal and written communications, and organizational skills
-> A PLUS to have a minimum of a two year Associates Degree
