Sales Engineers
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
In this roles, you will be responsible for:
1. all areas of sales including lead generation, account management and marketing.
2. achieving sales targets assigned.
3. setting and executing strategic business & action plans or projects.
Sales responsibilities and objectives are based on account assignment that may be defined geographically, or by named accounts, or by a combination of both. Efforts should be focused on developing mutually beneficial business relationships with the identified accounts in your territory resulting in opportunities for CAD-IT’s solutions.
Sales responsibilities shall include, but not necessarily limited to focus on expanding customers, capturing new business opportunity & expand sales revenue within assigned accounts as well as drive new market opportunities. Other job related duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Experience or background in engineering, Engineering degree or similar.
2. At least two years sales experience, preferably in the field of engineering.
3. Experience or knowledge of CAD/ CAM/ PDM / CAE/ CFD / FEA technologies and solutions such as ANSYS/ CFX/ Fluent &/ OR Siemens NX / Teamcenter will be advantageous.
4. Track record of sales or strong knowledge in one or more industry sectors below is required:
* Marine / Offshore / Shipbuilding
* Petrochemical / Oil & Gas
* Chemical / Food Processing
* HVAC/ Fire Safety / Ventilation
* Precision Engineering
* Plastics Injection Mold Manufacturing & Molding/ Hot Runner Systems
* Biotechnology / Bioengineering
* Electronics / Semicon
* Aerospace
* Automotive
5. Proven track record of consultative sales process and ability to drive sales.
6. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with prospective customers through the use of various prospecting techniques as well as maintaining relationships with current customers.
7. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a major account management plan including strategy, goals, tactics, and milestones.
8. Ability & experience calling on “C” level executives and other senior management.
9. Possess the following attributes:
