China State Construction Engineering Corp Ltd., a leading building contractor in the world, is seeking the qualified expat for the below vacancies in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for construction of high-end apartment building in about 80,000 M2:
PROJECT MANAGER
(Ho Chi Minh City)
Responsibilities:
* To establish the Site Team and working flow by defining the duty/responsibility of each Dept and project senior staff and internally coordinate all works and procedure of the dept and inter-dept.
* To coordinate the employer, the consultant engineer(s) and sub-con/nominated supplier(s) to ensure the smooth project implementation.
* To strictly supervise and ensure compliance/implementation of company’s quality objective is met.
* To strictly follow up and ensure the project being managed and controlled within the budget allocated.
* To conduct in house training for site manager and site supervision in both technical and project management skill s to improve quality and efficiency.
* To follow up on and attend to problems and issues, in quick response time, related to the project.
* To verify the progress payment received from the employer and paid to the sub-con(s)/supplier(s) under construction cost planning.
* To verify all outstation expenses, overtime claim and annual leaves of all staff in the project.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English and Chinese
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ho Chi Minh City.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
