Project Architect/Design Architect (Based in China)

* Position 1: Project Architect
* At least 4- 5 yrs in the portfolio of being a Project Architect (performing both Project Management and Supervising Architect's roles)
* You should have been involved in at least 1 medium to large scale project, that is constructed.
* Experience in China projects, especially large scale convention hall, cultural building and performance theatres.
* Key qualities:
* Good project adminstration skills, inclusive of Contract Adminstration
* Familiarity with local codes and all necessary Statutory requirements, processes and procedures
* Good project management and team management skills
* Good communication skills
* Experienced in resolving discrepancies and construction detailing problems
* Good IT knowledge and ability to use key softwares
* Preferably Registered with the BOA
* Willing to be posted overseas
* Position 2: Design Architect
* At least 4-5 yrs in the portfolio of Design Development (developing the design of projects from after Concept Stage to Construction/Tender drawings)
* Should have been involved in at least 1 medium to large scale project, that is constructed.
* Experience in design of large scale convention hall, cultural building and performance theatres.
* Key qualities:
* Experienced in Design processes
* Familiarity with local codes and all necessary Statutory requirements, processes and procedures
* Good project adminstration knowledge and skills
* Good communication skills
* Experienced in construction detailing, and formulation of Tender documents (inclusive of drawings and specifications)
* Good IT knowledge and ability to use key softwares (design and draughting related)
* Candidates must be willing to be based in China, or travel frequently to the China regions.
