Responsibilities:
* Responsible for taking off Quantities variation orders and project cost control.
* Sourcing of suppliers and sub-contractorss.
* Preparation of BQ prising.
* Prepare estimation and taking off Quantities for construction.
* Evaluation of quotation by sub-contractors and suppliers.
* Attend site valuation for internal

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Fresh graduate are encourage to apply but the priority given to the experienced.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kulai / Taman Universiti.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
