Our client is a well established WA scientific environmental assessment and management consultancy firm.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Environment Manager to join their dedicated team of professionals. This is predominately be a Perth based role.

Reporting to the company directors, your main accountabilities/responsibilities include:
# Management of colleague work performance & work place behaviour, ensuring quality output is achieved at all times
# Mentoring & training of colleagues in procedures, reporting writing, client liaison, office and field behaviour
# Actively seek work opportunities for the work group
# Ensure all budgets are met
# Effectively manage all environmental projects, including clients and stake holders relationships
# Implementation of business improvement initiatives
# Reporting of all HSE incidents, ensuring positive contribution and promotion to a safe work place
# Assist directors in setting and achieving the Company business plans

To be successful in your application, you will have extensive experience in relevant industry or similar management role preferably within the mining industry. You will need to be highly proficient in all MS Office computer packages and have a high standard of people management skills with strong ability to mentor and develop personnel at varying skill levels.
