Immediate opening for a full-time Senior Project Manager in the Northern California office of a National Engineering, Consulting, and Construction company.

Responsibilities:

-> Management of projects from proposal stage to final product, including technical approach, schedules development, cost estimate, cash flow analysis, client interface, technical staff direction, budget and schedule tracking, quality review of deliverables, and document production
-> Business development responsibilities include the development of relationships with clients that promote repeat business, periodic client contacts and visits to track future work, assisting in preparation of marketing materials and proposals, and making presentations to clients regarding services and proposal-specific interviews

Requirements:

-> Experience in the various business sectors, including natural gas and petroleum products pipelines, storage, LNG facilities, power plants, transmission lines, and mining is REQUIRED
-> BA-BS or higher degree in environmental planning, environmental science or a related field
-> Must have experience with regulatory permitting and compliance such as FERC, NEPA, Section 404, ESA, NHPA, etc., and the ability to direct mid-level and junior staff in preparation of permit applications and compliance documents
-> 5 to 15 years of experience in NEPA assessment and environmental permitting REQUIRED

• Do you have a BA-BS or higher degree in environmental planning, environmental science or a related field,? From where and when. Do you have any additional education or certification? Where and when.

• Describe your Five years minimum of proven project management experience in CEQA-NEPA projects, erosion control, restoration, and-or biological resource projects in northern California specifically working for or with energy or utility clients. Where and when.

• Describe your extensive knowledge and experience level in ESA, CESA, and CWA along with direct client management experience and working with regulatory agencies. Where and when.THIS IS A MUST HAVE.

• Describe your project management (including providing technical direction) skills; designing, writing, and editing environmental reports and permit applications; research, data collection, and analysis; field surveys and reports; compliance management of construction projects; marketing and client development; and environmental training. When and Where.
