Project Manager - Environmental/Waste/Disposal

Seeking a Project Manager with experience managing waste disposal projects involving in-plant services, methane gas recovery and third-party sub-contracted and administrative services in the commercial, industrial, municipal arenas for a Temp to Permanent assignment in southern Florida.

Responsibilities:

-> Create and execute project work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
-> Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
-> Applies WM methodology and enforces project standards
-> Determine revenue recognition, insure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project
-> Insures project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization

Requirements:

-> BS in Engineering or a Technically related Degree
-> 9 years of demonstrated Project Management experience involving in-plant services, methane gas recovery and third-party sub-contracted and administrative services in the commercial, industrial, municipal sectors
-> Demonstrated understanding of basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly
-> Competent using Primavera/Project and MS Excel and Word
-> Ability to perform regional travel as business dictates

• Describe your 9 years of Project Management experience in environmental waste disposal service in the commercial, industrial, municipal sectors. Where and when?

• Using a scale of 1- 10, where 10 is the most competent, identify the versions of, and rate your skills using Primavera, MS Project, Excel and Word.

• Are you able and willing to perform unrestricted regional travel as business dictates?
