Coeur Rochester, Inc., a subsidiary of Coeur dAlene Mines Corporation, is seeking an Environmental Coordinator for its surface operations east of Lovelock Nevada. The Environmental Coordinator will be primarily responsible for all site environmental regulatory programs, including NEPA review, liaison with agency and environmental contractor, and coordinate activities for permitting, monitoring, compliance, data management and reporting as well as other duties as may be defined. This individual will also work closely with Coeurs corporate environmental group. Qualified candidates will be scientifically degreed in a related area with at least five years of progressive responsibility in mine environmental management, a strong negotiator with proven success in NEPA permitting and experience with federal, state & local regulatory requirements. Additional requirements include excellent skills in organization, presentation, written and verbal communications.
