Great opportunity with a leading Environmental and Engineering firm located in their Houston, TX office for Senior Client Services Manager. The main focus of this position will be for development of new clients as well as client development and client services to established clients. This position will lead sales, business development activities as well as direct and manage execution of consulting projects with emphasis on air quality permitting and compliance. You will also serve as a technical resource for air quality permitting and compliance projects to clients and senior technical staff. A demonstrated ability to drive further sales development of clients through direct client contact, staff mentoring and coaching with a goal to capture follow-on work, and expand service offerings is also a must. Solid project management, including financial management, contract negotiation, directing technical work, and client and regulatory liaison experience is needed. To be considered you should have a BS degree in Engineering or other environmental related discipline with at least 5 years in a client development capacity and a minimum of 15 years total environmental experience. Specific experience in a similar role within an engineering consulting firm is required. Ideal candidates will have existing relationships with clients in Texas. A PE registration and an understanding of the application of regional environmental regulations is preferred. Candidates must have strong technical background and experience in conducting and directing environmental and related environmental engineering and compliance-based projects, particularly in the area of air quality permitting and compliance. Salary listed is an approximation so all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance may be considered for eligible candidates.
