The Environmental Coordinator is responsible for providing environmental support to the midstream and upstream operations in Alabama and is the direct contact between the corporate and field offices.
Responsibilities include:
• Monitor existing and proposed state and federal regulations applicable to the company operations.
• Knowledgeable of the permit history for the sites.
• Report spills or releases to land, air or water to State and/or Federal Agencies.
• Coordinate plot plan updates for permitting.
• Visit sites as needed to coordinate permitting, construction and operation of equipment.
• Provide compliance reporting support for all Title V sites.
• Maintain flare and incinerator reports and requirements.
• Provide Tier II Reporting for all sites.
• Schedule third party biannual, semiannual and quarterly engine stack testing.
• Schedule LDAR monitoring and file all reports.
• Track waste records and reporting.
• Maintain Smoke Reading Certification through semi-annual training.
• Coordinate and file Annual SPCC Inspections.
• Complete necessary compliance documentation for permits.
• Supervise remediation projects for region.
Candidate profile:
• BS in Environmental Science or related discipline.
• 5+years technical services coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
