Structural Designer - Structural Designer/Frameworks/3D Cad

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ, USA
Immediate position available in Southern New Jersey for a Senior Structural Designers with a minimum of 5 years experience with responsibilities including; producing detail design drawings for civil site work, reinforced concrete, structural steel, and ductwork. Must have Frameworks experience. Hands on 3D Intergraph PDS Computer Aided Design experience is required. Development of scope definition, schedule, material takeoffs and cost estimates. Review of vendor shop fabrication drawings. AutoCAD proficient, 3D modeling experience desired, experience in Microsoft Office is required. Experienced in concrete foundations and steel design. Capable of learning new 3D software, self-motivated, quick learner and a good team player. Prefer local candidates to the NJ area but will consider others.

• Do you have an AS, High School - Technical School training? Explain. Describe your experience with FrameWorks. Describe your Hands on 3D Intergraph PDS Computer Aided Design experience. Do you have good verbal and written communication skills? (Do Not Say -See Resume-)

• Describe your experience with structural steel, concrete and pile foundations design. 2. Describe your experience with development of scope definition, schedule, material takeoffs and cost estimates. (Do Not Say -See Resume-)

• Describe your experience with producing engineering design drawings of structural steel frames, ductwork, and concrete foundations, conducting site walkdowns, developing cost estimates and schedules, and interfacing with other disciplines. (Do Not Say -See Resume-)
