Based out of our Timmins Office, the ideal candidate will review and advise on proposals and will be responsible for the planning and development of all projects including the budget and schedule, the set-up of manpower, equipment, and administration, as well as ensuring projects are done safely and to the client’s satisfaction. The incumbent will also resolve workrelated problems, suggest measures to improve productivity, recommend personnel actions, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. A professional with 10 to 15 years’ experience in supervision and operations management in the mining industry with an aptitude for finances would be ideal. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, along with excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize are crucial.
