This positon will report to the Mill Operations General Foreman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Mill Operations Foreman or Leadhand in a copper/gold processing plant. The successful candidate will also have
Previous experience in the operation of SAG and ball mill circuits, flotation circuits, thickeners, and dewatering circuits
Knowledge of large slurry pumping operation
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as post secondary education
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience working successfully in a union environment
This position will work a two-week in and two-week out work schedule. Flights are provided from Smithers and Prince George
